About Elisa

Elisa is a procurement professional with more than 18 years of experience. She worked in different multinational companies across several industries, spend categories and countries with Business Travel as a common denominator.

Elisa approached Business Travel from many different angles, first as a consultant, then as a Category Manager and currently as Head of Procurement for citizenM Hotels.

Working in the hospitality industry is a unique opportunity to get an in-depth knowledge about market trends, innovation and state-of-the-art technologies.

Prior to this, Elisa was Global Category Manager at Generali Insurance Group, where she played a key role in implementing a unique Travel Policy and a self-booking tool across 20+ countries, and analyzing the behavior of thousands of travelers across the globe to optimize the travel program. At the end of 2020, Elisa moved from Italy to the Netherlands with her family.

In her free time, Elisa enjoys reading novels and – of course – traveling!
